hello and sorry .....

Im so bad at updating my blog when im on here im so busy reading everyone elses I forget to do mine and then get carried away with crafting after being inspired by everyones works I really am going to try and post more often.
I went sale shopping yesterday with friends and have most of my bits for next xmas lol LOVE LOVE LOVE the boots sale lol also treated myself to some perfume (half price just had todo it lol) both Cerrutti 1881 perfume and Eternity gift set for £32.50 bargain x

I have decided I am going to try to make at least 2 xmas cards a week so that im not in as much of a rush with my own cards like I was this year even down to making my sons card christmas day morning lol good job he was staying at his girlfriends lol had to do 4 cards altogether before 1pm as was being picked up to go to friends for the rest of the day lol.
Going to treat myself to the A3 cutting mat from the range as soon as they have them back in stock and saving for a Big shot or similar next year any help on which to go for would be much appreciated from those of you out there that already have them xxx
Right better get off here and get some work(crafting maybe as well ) done xxx

crafty bloggers first challenge keep it simple

here is my card for the keep it simple challenge hope you all like it x

tea light card

 Here is my alternate version of the tealight card made for a birthday card with a miniature of Baileys and some Ferrero Rocher instead of candles using Me to You teddy (as the person it was for and the one sending it always send me to you cards to each other)
I used my ultimate to score box and card and just made the box deeper than you would for the candles I would have to get another bottle to do the measurements tho as I didnt write them down(silly of me I know but what can I say)


well off to create a 50th birthday card now xxx hope you like my card x

CC Challenge 17 Pink and Green

challenge 17 Pink and Green

 I used Tatty Teddy as its for my friend who loves him but he was printed on CC light printable card and I have used Collall glue gel from CC as well (hope this qualifies me for 2 entries lol) not sure it shows properly but the coat is a pale mint green and the paper inside the card has green in it and the square mat behind tatty is green also.

 Well as it was world card making day yesterday when I got home from work I decided to use myHumphrey  freebies from creative cardmaking.I am going to enter the challenge on Crafters Companion with these lol hope you all like them.

Here are just 4 of the finished cards.I used some cardstock and glittercard from my stash and a calender on the easel card with a greeting I think is from a papermania sheet and a gem from  my collection. All the papers are from the freebies. I am going to finish the others later enough left for at least another 8 maybe more

I also did some Me to You cards which I will add to my blog later as they dont qualify for the challenge on Crafters Companion

im so bad at keeping this updated lol im always reading other blogs and never seem to post on my own I have been busy crafting christmas cards for me this time for a change.
I am waiting patiently for my Me to You Winter Wonderland kit to arrive so I can play there looks to be so much in it I cant wait.
Spent a lovely day on Sunday at a demo with Shiela Halliwell from Docrafts at the Range near me was a great day and picked up a few tips and made some new crafty friends like Raye and Ann-Marie.
will try to update more often but off to watch the rest of Sara's show on C+C.

first stamp with humphrey

well the first one I can show anyway lol now I have to decide how im going to use it lol.
not really a stamper so its not very good and certainly not up to the standard of the rest of you xxx

made with a scrap of cardstock from another project the FREE stamp and my watercolour pencils (had them for years forgot I even had them lol) with some white embossing powder for the snow and a bit of (a cheap copy ) white flowersoft hope you like it xxxxx

Crafters companion monthly challenge

made thiseasel drawer card for a colleague at work who is getting married on 2nd September using cardstock from my stash and of course Popcorn from the romance cd and some holographic card and peel offs going to put some confetti in the drawers with some horseshoes(plastic not metal lol)

update

well had a few problems to deal with and not been here for a while may be disappearing again on and off over next couple of months due to hospital appts.
been making Snowman cards to order amongst others so been busy also been trying stamping again but have to say im not very good and its not what I enjoy so maybe I'll have to stick to my decoupage lol ( or cheat and use digital stamps lol) cant afford to buy loads of pens tho so not sure.
anyway just thought id update so bye for now x
